  1st time at this McDonald's. Very clean and well maintained. Restrooms were especially clean, taking into consideration location and how busy the restaurant was. Would definitely comeback, the staff was friendly and polite.

  If negative stars were an option, this location would earn them without hesitation. The customer service is consistently unacceptable. Employees speak poorly about customers while assuming no one understands them, and the attitude shows in how they operate the drive‑thru. What makes it worse is the complete lack of logic in their ordering process. The drive‑thru uses the exact same system as the kiosk, yet they claim they “can’t” take more than one order. Meanwhile, the kiosk which they keep closed can process multiple orders without any issue. So instead of simply entering the second order through their headset, they tell customers to drive around the building like it’s normal. It’s not. It’s inefficient, it’s lazy, and it’s a clear sign that either the staff doesn’t want to do the work or the system is being mismanaged.

  I ordered a mango pineapple fresher yesterday, I was talking to a guy in the counter that my receipt never printed from the kiosk. He asked me have I ever tried a fruit fresher then I thought have you ever been to this McDonald’s before? Then I said I have been here before many times, then the guy told me no three times and my feelings got hurt from him. I left the counter calling my mom about what happened and I ate my 10 piece chicken McNugget meal with my mango pineapple fresher. I went home. I screamed really loud, and I threw the drink to the kitchen sink cause the strawberry boba ruined the flavoring to my drink, I was expecting to be a cherry flavored boba, but the strawberry flavor is very uncomfortable for the flavoring in my mouth. I am really disappointed about the drink, the boba ruins the flavor, and I hope that we wanted cherry boba in the mango pineapple fresher. It was a very disappointing experience, my feelings hurts from the guy who told me no and he doesn’t understand my autism, and the strawberry flavored boba ruins the drink. I will never gonna order this McDonald’s again. I am sad, screaming loud, and very disappointing with the boba in my drink. This was like a living nightmare.

  Genuinely one of the most tragic mcdonalds stories out there. Used to have an arcade and moving train connected to the roof. Now it is a giant cube where you cant serve your own soda, or order at the counter. It is dead and disgustingly basic now. Truly makes me sick to my stomach

  My Daughter and I frequent this location on Saturdays as we run errands. A week ago we visited for our usual Iced Caramel coffee. They're always on point except this last time. There was no caramel, and we had already driven off. We called the location and spoke with the manager about it, she didn't hesitate to say to come back in for a replacement. Today we did that and they were on point. The staff here is very nice and very professional. If you're looking for a quick bite you may want to avoid peek hours as this location is right next to Knotts. The reason I gave a 3 on atmosphere is because the new architecture is not my flavor but they keep it very clean. Keep up the good work guys.
