  My daughter eats chipotle 5x a week and every time I visit this location I have the worst service. The girl at the register always has the worst attitude. The last time they gave my daughter a cheese quesadilla with NO CHEESE JUST TORTILLA!! I’ll never visit this location again

  I'm writing this review after 4 visits, everytime I've come between 7 and 8pm they've always been out of few items all the time so I asked them when is the best time to come so I don't miss out on any items. They said to come before 7pm which is RIDICULOUS because they close at 11pm. I've been to Chipotle all over the US & they always have all items for the bowl except this location.

  It was my first time trying chipotle and it was so good but I recommend getting double protein all the ingredients were so fresh and tasty

  I went there with my wife, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. After my wife finished placing her order, my order was left in the middle of the counter while I was waiting for the salsa section. The first lady who was helping me suddenly left and started helping the next customer. While helping that customer, she received a complaint because she told the customer that adding a little more rice would result in an extra charge. I have never heard of this policy before. I waited for a while, and another employee, a blonde-haired lady, eventually helped finish my order. I asked her for the name of the first employee who had been helping me, but she told me that they could not give me her name. I have never experienced this before. At that point, I took a picture of the employee because I wanted to know who I was dealing with, and the blonde-haired employee told me not to do that. The way both employees treated me made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that employees can have difficult customers or busy moments, but there is no reason to treat a customer rudely or unprofessionally. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I cannot recommend this shop to others. I hope management will take this complaint seriously and address the customer service issues with the staff.
