About a month ago, I ordered breakfast and politely asked for 6 jalapeño ranch sauces with my burrito, but was told there was a strict limit of 4 packets. Not a huge deal, but the interaction and overall experience weren’t very welcoming. Then on May 8th, I placed a drive-thru order for two 8-count nuggets, but when I got home, one had been replaced with a 3-count tenders order instead. I emailed the store that same day with photos of the receipt and incorrect order, and as of May 11th, I still haven’t received any response. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of follow-up and declining customer service has been disappointing. I’ll probably choose a different location moving forward.
