  Hello, I wanted to share my disappointing experience during my visit today at the Buffalo Wild Wings location in Buena Park. My family and I attempted to order the Classic Bottomless Appetizer. We were told that two appetizer items were out of stock, even though those were not the items we wanted to order. The two appetizers we were interested in were available, so we asked if any accommodation could be made. Unfortunately, the manager told us there were no options available. What made the experience worse was the manager’s attitude. When I politely asked for his name, he responded, “I told you my name once, I won’t repeat it.” I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. Additionally, when we first ordered a Shirley Temple for my granddaughter, we were told the restaurant did not have cherries. However, after speaking with Jose Lopez suddenly cherries became available. This inconsistency added to the frustration and made the experience feel poorly managed. I understand that restaurants can run out of items, but customer service and professionalism should still remain a priority. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests have a better experience.Jose Lopez has no costumer service skills .

  If I could give it a negative star number, I would. They took close to 30 mins in an empty restaurant to bring PLAIN WINGS AND FRIES. Like a kids meal wings and fries. My other more complicated order was delivered first with cold fries and what was obvious ranch that had been sitting under a heat lamp for a HOT minute. When the manager was approached, he dismissed my concerns and asked me to just enjoy my food. Anyway this place is awful: -3.14159... because pie is endless just like how awful they are

  This review is solely based on my visit on 5/14/26 I cant say how much I enjoyed my meal and visit today. Our waitress was AMAZING thank you ADRI! for making our visit the best one to this day. We have been here multiple visit and had good and not so good service but today 1000/10. Food was hot like we like it and we didn't even mention it like we have on our previous visit. We came to celebrate my daughters achievements at school thank you Adri for making it amazingly special night! My kids and I enjoy your service!

  If it’s your first time visiting, expect a long wait to get seated. Even if there are tables available, they won’t seat you until the waitress Victoria and the host Bryan agree. If you try to speak with the manager, Paul, you may not get a response because he won’t have time to assist you. After about an hour—if you’re lucky—you’ll finally be able to eat in peace. That said, the food is excellent. We ordered four different items and honestly have no complaints at all. The food came out very fast, and I was truly impressed. Mr. Gabriel saved our night with an excellent attitude and great service. Thanks to him, my two young kids and I were able to move past the bad start and relax. Thank you, Gabriel.

  Order from DoorDash and my Dasher was only waiting for maybe 30 seconds so it’s not his fault. Plus, I was only a mile away at the hotel. The food was cold. I ordered a hamburger, wedges and mac & cheese. Everything is just really really cold and instead of what they gave me french fries. The DoorDash app said, preparing order for almost an hour, and I know for a fact that my food was prepared way before that and ready to go.
