  Drive thru...good service and the order taker was very helpful...but the aujous sauce was a little too salty for me. Arby's has some really good deals and you can get rewards as well!

  My girlfriend and I had been traveling for hours and stopped here to take a quick break. We simply wanted to use the restroom before ordering, which is a pretty normal request when you’ve been on the road that long. Unfortunately, Fabiola refused us access in a very rude and unprofessional manner. It wasn’t just the refusal—it was the way it was handled, with no courtesy or understanding. After a long drive, you’d expect at least basic customer service and kindness. This experience left a really negative impression, and we ended up going elsewhere. Definitely disappointing.

  I tried to order something, and the person did not even understand what I was saying. He tried to order some ham sandwich when I was basically just asking him what type of boxes they had and all I got was OK ham sandwich can you please put somebody who can understand English so that we can communicate and I can get my order the way I want it. I would appreciate it. Thank you.

  First of all, there were cars in line, my order was taken, the service was good, when I got to the window and got my meal and paid, the young man apologized for the wait, which was absolutely unnecessary. It wasn’t that much of a weight as compared to other places I visit. However, no fault of the employees, but this was a big disappointment! I know that on TV they spice up everything you get and you’re lucky if it’s half as much as they show you, but I spent $25 on a brisket bowl and a pulled pork bowl, I thought I’ll have one tonight and have one tomorrow. Well they should have gotten smaller sized bowls because opening the lid on a bowl that is barely half full really makes you wonder where the rest of it is. Like I said, the staff did their job, no complaints… You guys with the white collars sipping martinis and eating ribeyes, back to the drawing board!
