  Helpful staff, as much as they can be with their hands tied by the corporate rules. Got a French dip for ten dollars, small, not a lot of meat and barely any cheese. Added more cheese at home, but that couldn’t save this sorry excuse for a sandwich. The bread was chewy and bland and the “meat” well use that term liberally, was mostly fat, and seemed like a processed loaf more thanks anything else. They refused to give a refund, only another disgusting sandwich. Why on earth would I want to repeat such a bad experience. Definitely left with a bad taste in my mouth. Won’t be back.

  They no longer have Arby-Qs ☹️ They are over priced, but often have discounts in their App, BUT the offer does not always work, so if you're not careful, you will get charged the full amount. This happened to me twice, and they said there is nothing they can do about it.

  Arby’s generally is great but this location has staff that doesn’t follow any Arby’s standards at all. They don’t acknowledge your confirmation of your order, they yell at you, their staff that is under management backs up the management when they yell at you and they would rather give a refund then verify your online order. Fernanda Mejia was the most unprofessional and angry customer service worker multiple people and I have come to encounter. She will scream and laugh in your face telling you the directions Arby’s corporate gave to you through their app are wrong. Arby’s corporate app says all you have to do is state you have an online order but she will shout everyone else’s order’s last name out exposing customer information while she knows the order in front of her is yours and if you don’t give her that last name she will laugh at you and yell at you and her team will rally behind her. Recommending everyone I know to never go here.

  Nice clean welcoming environment , we always have Arby's before entering knotts berry farm , my 9 and 10 year old prefer it over McDonald's as do I . We will be having Arby's today before entering soak city .
