    If only I could give 0 stars to this location because 1 star is a STRETCH. To begin with, my order was incorrect. I called the phone number listed on my receipt to have the issue resolved, but after waiting nearly 30 minutes, I was connected to the Concord location instead of the restaurant where I placed my order. Because I couldn’t get the issue resolved over the phone, I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant. When I arrived, the supervisor on duty told me that the only way my order could be remade was as boneless wings. I later learned this was false, as my sister frequents wingstop and what I wanted she ordered literally the night before. The situation became much worse when the individual who identified himself as the District Manager became involved. Instead of listening to my concern, he immediately became defensive and insisted that he had personally made my order and that it was correct, essentially implying that I didn’t know what I had ordered. When I simply requested a refund, his attitude became increasingly rude and confrontational. I also felt that he made assumptions about me based on my appearance. Because I have darker skin, he assumed I was Black and began taunting me in a way that I found disrespectful and offensive. The most disturbing part of this experience occurred after I asked for his name and the corporate contact information. Initially, he told me to “find it online.” He then stated that there was “no point” in contacting corporate because all complaints come to him and that he owns the establishment. He proceeded to write down my license plate number and called the police on me simply because I requested his name and wanted to file a complaint. At no point was I threatening, disruptive, or disrespectful. I was only trying to resolve an issue with an incorrect order and request a refund. This experience has completely changed my perception of your company. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and because of this incident, I have decided to stop spending my money at Wingstop altogether. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. Customers should be able to voice concerns without being intimidated, disrespected, or having law enforcement called on them for simply asking for a manager’s name and corporate contact information. He needs to reported because it’s clearly a pattern and this behavior has got to stop.

    I am very disappointed with how my refund request was handled at Wingstop. On May 11, I accidentally ordered 30 wings instead of 15 and immediately went to the register to explain the mistake and request a refund of $26.19. The employee who assisted me seemed annoyed that I needed help, but I trusted that the refund was being processed correctly. After not receiving the refund, I returned to the restaurant on May 22 to follow up. During that visit, I spoke with a manager who informed me that the refund had never actually been processed. This was frustrating because I had already come in person on May 11 specifically to resolve the issue and was under the impression that everything had been taken care of. The manager was polite and attempted to help, and I was told the refund would be processed. I waited patiently and continued checking my bank account for the refund. I even waited until June 5 to allow plenty of time for it to appear. However, after reviewing my bank statements and transaction history multiple times, I can confirm that I have never received the $26.19 refund. As of June 9, nearly a month after my original request, the issue remains unresolved. What is most disappointing is that I had to make multiple trips to the store for a simple refund request, only to find out that it had not been processed in the first place, and then still not receive the refund after following up. Better communication, training, and follow-through are needed so customers do not have to spend weeks chasing a refund that should have been handled correctly from the beginning.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. The employees at night have bad attitudes and have mugging and unfriendly faces. When they handed me my food they dropped it on the counter very rudely I said thank you and they ignored me. I came in at 10:30pm and they don’t even close until 12 and it wasn’t even busy, so there was no reason to act annoyed.

    This wing stop never answers the phone! I used to live in Pittsburg and call to order from that one and they were always busy and made sure that phone was being answered. At this location I’ve never gotten my calls answered NEVER.

    Service was good, food was good, you can tell what you're getting in to by checking out the menu before you order, so you're not surprised, being nice attracts niceness.
