- DRDestiny-Sarel RiparipMay 17, 20261.0Genuinely ~ Dutch Bros as a company isn’t that bad. And typically service here isn’t the worst either. But today’s experience definitely tanked Dutch Bros for me and I’m not sure that I will go back. Which is most unfortunate. I ordered my regular drink a Golden Eagle Freeze, with a caramel cup and whipped cream. There wasn’t someone outside to take my order but when I saw the line was tiny. I understood why. This wasn’t an issue for me. It was almost everything after this. When I was handed my drink I noticed no whipped cream, and I gave it back and said oh it was supposed to have whipped cream. The guy took it back and said “oh I gotchu”. Response wasn’t an issue. But I watched him “fix” my drink. And this is where the issues start. He added whipped cream to an already topped off coffee. So when he relidded the drink it naturally spilled over. Can someone tell me WHY. He used a DIRTY RAG THAT LEFT I DONT KNOW WHAT ON MY CUP? And since it spilled over, he used that exact same rag to clean the sides. And then just before handing it to me, he once again used some rag (not the same one) to wipe it down again. Not only was my cup STICKY, but when he handed it to me he actually SPILLED THE DRINK ON MY LEG. I understand Dutch Bros wants to be fast. But this was a genuinely disgusting experience. Take the drive and go to the Streets of Brentwood if you want Dutch Bros. At least they don’t use dirty rags to leave your cup looking like this (check the pics) oh and believe it or not, this was after I rewiped my cup.

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
