    I love JJ this is the closest location, I drive 6 miles one way. I ordered my food on the app at 8:00pm showed up to the store at 8:25pm pitch black/closed. Supposed to close at 9pm. I called the next day, the dude said well, you should get your money back then added we usually close at 8:30pm per the GM. I emailed the corporation, thanks for the input we forwarded the information to the store manager. So just a vicous circle of nobody giving a sht.

    The location happens to be my favorite location. The sandwiches are top shelf, and I've never been disappointed with any of my orders or the staff. The owner Bill is awesome and super friendly. He always has the location running tight and clean. During my last visit, I noticed he added a fresh lemonade machine..OMG SOO GOOD! Absolutely no complaints.

    Very disappointing experience! I arrived at 8:40 PM—a full 20 minutes before the posted 9:00 PM closing time. As I was walking up to the OPEN door, an employee physically closed it and told me they were closed. When I pointed out their business hours, he claimed the owner had instructed them to close early. ​It was obvious the staff simply shut down the registers and locked up early to finish their closing duties. Turning away paying customers well before closing time and being dishonest about it is completely unacceptable customer service. Management needs to address this.

    Stopped by Jimmy John’s and ordered the Spicy Italian sub. It had a generous amount of meat, and the flavor was really good. The bread wasn’t as fresh as I would have liked, but it was still acceptable. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, a solid experience, and I’d definitely come back when I’m craving a quick sandwich.

    We go here almost once a week. The manager is the absolute nicest, the staff are warm and helpful, food is always fresh and on point. Love it here!
