  Expensive but my girlfriend has terminal cancer, and this is one of the few things she can eat and keep down.

  This is the worst Jamba Juice that I’ve ever been to , The clerk was not friendly, and even though I was only customer there, she pointed me to the automated order machine, like she didn’t have time to assist me . I get that we’re an automated world and a lot of businesses are encouraging to order online ahead of time and just do pick up but if you’re not busy, why not give customers good customer service. I got my smoothie and my cinnamon pretzel and headed to work. On my way to work I was eating my pretzel and bit into a soft squishy part, looked at it and put it to the side and when I got to work, I realize that the squishy part was mold, normally I would turn around and go back to the business if I was nearby, but I was on my way to work so I did not have time. I have pictures, but there’s no place to attach them. I will never go back to this location, as I feel that the clerk should’ve noticed that when she was heating it up, as I’ve never had poor service at any other location that I’ve been to, and I frequent the Fullerton location.

  I originally ordered in 7/26 razzmatazz large split cup with plant whey and vitamins +zinc when I arrived girl gave me a large cup and it looked like a deep purple I asked if that was razzmatazz she answered with a yes I thought it was strange because it’s more pinkish I didn’t try there up until I got home and one there was no whey or vitamins and it was not razzmatazz idk what she gave me I called store lvm so I can get a refund waited until next day no call back so called back in the evening and no call back again !! Also I had gotten my girls a split drink one gas a hair in my daughter was grossed out wish they called back!! So may get my refund won’t return to this location

  I get the Acai bowl and they make it soooo good every time!! Im a frequent customer here. Im usually in here like 2 times a week. Love them❤️
