When she finally acknowledged my mom, her response was, what do you need? No hello, how may I help you, no smile, just rude. Being a senior citizen, younger staff need to be empathetic to their lack of knowledge with computers. My mom could not figure out the order menu and the staff could not be bothered with helping her. My mom needed up leaving without placing an order.
