  They give you so little food and always leave something out. They forgot my chips this time and last time a side. Look at these skimpy tacos with weird meat in em. Get it together.

  I’ve been to this location several times, and generally everything’s fine. Today, the young man that helped me was very indifferent to what was happening. It was very obvious that he did not want to be there. Customer Service was almost nonexistent. And to make matters worse, they were out of salsa. El Pollo Loco, which is famous for its salsa, was out of salsa at 5:30 PM. I may be wrong, but I think that’s unacceptable. All they had available was pico de gallo, which is hardly salsa. They had no offerings with any spice. And the boy working in the counter was just saying, “I guess they must’ve been busy earlier.” I know it’s hard for these kids to put down their video games and go to work, but there has to be some sort of standard at a business that serving customers. It’s obvious that somebody forgot to do something and that’s why they ran out of salsa. Well, I guess my rent is over. I just hope that when I get home and open the bag, everything’s in there. Last time they forgot the tortillas. I’m definitely gonna think twice before returning to this location.
