  Filthy, dirty tables, floors, drink station had mold, dusty. Especially the light fixtures over the tables. Restroom was disgusting. Food was cold And tasted old. A worker finally came out to sweep, she left alot of food and items on the floor. Trash cans were full food was on the rims. Outside building area homeless, Don't recommend this restaurant. You'd think the area city. It would be higher class. My sister took photos and video. She will be sending to corporate.

  I had a terrible experience at the El Pollo loco on Placentia Blvd in Fullerton, rude, no help ordering on the kiosk and they tried to over charge me. So I left there and went to this location. They were friendly and I watched the young man making the food was busting his hump and he did a good job. The girl at the counter who took my order was nice and was apologetic to the horrible service at the Placentia Blvd location but said you should come here instead which I plan on doing. The food was good and fresh! Not to mention the other place charged me $6 more for the exact order! Will be making this my new location to come to. HIRE DECENT PEOPLE WHO CARE-ABOUT DOING A GOOD JOB INSTEAD OF THESE LOSERS WHO HAVE NO WORK ETHIC OR WANT TO WORK!

  Food waste season just right, tasty and delicious. Great portion sizes and Manager Vanessa provides excellent customer service!
