  I’ve always been a fan of Chipotle, and it’s usually one of my favorite go-to spots for a quick Mexican-style meal. This was my first time at the Brea Mall food court location, but unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations. I ordered my usual bowl with shredded beef and guacamole. The shredded beef was extremely salty, to the point that I couldn’t finish my meal, which is very unusual for me. The guacamole also looked very dark, which made it seem much less fresh than what I’m used to at other Chipotle locations. Service was acceptable, but it really could have been more welcoming and definitely more attentive. Given that this location is inside a busy mall where people expect quick and reliable food, I was disappointed that the quality felt below the usual Chipotle standard. Consistency, freshness, and customer care are what make people return, and I’d really like to see this location to live up to that.

  I visited the Brea Mall Chipotle location on Saturday, May 16 between 1-2pm. I ended up having food poisoning that evening. I had their beef barbacoa quesadilla & cilantro rice, along with a little bit of green salsa. Wondering if anyone else had a similar experience around this time frame.

  Placed an order on the chipotle website for this location and my order was given to the incorrect driver- this is apparently a known issue according to the store manager and nothing was done to rectify the situation. I had to call myself an hour after the order was meant to be delivered and the manager told me KNEW she gave my order to the wrong driver and did not offer any assistance, to remake the food, or even apologize. I then had to spend 45 minutes of my workday calling their corporate office for a refund. STILL no food. Stop letting teens manage your locations or train them accordingly.

  The food was terrific, the staff amazing and friendly. The atmosphere was chill, except someone let a "Karen" in, she promptly decided she was there first and cut in front of others. Just say no to karens, they will ignore you any way.
