  Every time the rice I received was “HALF RAW”, not well cooked, no matter it was white or brown rice. I sent this issue to headquarters, there was no reply. There is something wrong with either the cooker or the training of employee.

  At this Chipotle location, i noticed an employee who seems disengaged and doesn't take care of the tables. Many of them were left dirty and clearly need more attention to maintain a clean and welcoming environment 👎🏻

  Only giving 2 stars because of the girl that helped us. There were many employees in the store and they left only 1 girl to serve the very long line of customers. Waited 35 minutes while other employees were standing around doing nothing.

  Severely understaffed and poorly managed. On multiple visits, I’ve waited nearly 30 minutes while just one employee prepared orders and another worked the register. The turnover here seems high. The employees themselves deserve sympathy, they appear to be doing their best with remarkably little support. The real issue seems to be management consistently staffing this location at levels that are unfair to both customers and employees. For a Brea location, this is especially disappointing. Until management can adequately staff the restaurant, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

  This might genuinely be the worst-run Chipotle I’ve been to. They are CONSTANTLY out of ingredients. Not once in a while. Not because I happened to come in right before closing. It’s practically every damn time. At this point, walking in here is like spinning a wheel to find out which basic menu items they decided not to have today. And somehow, the one thing they never run out of is the audacity to give you microscopic portions. The employees scoop the meat like it’s coming directly out of their paycheck. Half a spoonful of chicken, shake half of that back into the container, and apparently that’s a serving. Then you get to the register and magically they have no problem charging you full price for your sad, half-empty bowl. Chipotle isn’t cheap anymore. If you’re going to charge $12–$15+ for a bowl, STOCK THE DAMN RESTAURANT and put a reasonable amount of food in it. I kept coming back because this location is convenient and I figured maybe I was just catching them on bad days. Nope. Apparently every day is a bad day here. One star because Google won’t let me leave zero.
