The older gentleman was absolutely wonderful taking my order. They are pretty thorough and take the time to listen as well as explain what’s in the items. I would definitely go back. It’s a very laid-back atmosphere.

Horrible treatment by “Gaby” the Mgr! Accused me of lying because I washed the defective shake cup. The chocolate shake exploded all over my husband and I rinsed it at the Pollo Loco nearby while cleaning up the interior of my car. The cup had several vertical cracks. I only went back the same day to let them know that perhaps their plastic cups were exposed to the elements or had been stored under too much weight. I wasn’t even asking for a refund. Very unprofessional, extremely disrespectful. I told her I would call her corporate office and she dared me to do it. This location needs to treat their customers better. She refused to put the refund back on my credit card. Very demeaning experience. She ripped on me in front of everyone. A lot of humiliation for a $4 refund, which I didn’t ask for in the first place.
I went through the drive through so atmosphere not an issue. It was easy to enter the drive through and the speaker was clear and accurate. Exiting was easy as well. The location is perfect for me as it was on the way home. The landscaping is pleasant. The staff nice. Getting Arby sauce was easy.
I recently visited the Arby’s in Brea, and overall, it was a good experience.
The food itself was solid and exactly what you’d expect from Arby’s. The roast beef sandwiches were fresh, the buns were soft, and everything tasted great. When everything is put together properly, it definitely hits the spot. The place itself was also clean and comfortable, which made the visit more enjoyable.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The service was a bit on the slower side, especially considering it wasn’t overly busy at the time. Speeding up order preparation would make a noticeable difference in the overall experience.
There were also a few small misses with the order. The fries could use a bit more attention—specifically making sure they’re properly salted. It may seem minor, but it does impact the taste. Also, on the roast beef and cheddar sandwich, the cheese was either missing or not added properly, which is kind of a key part of the item.
Nothing major, but these small details do add up.
Overall, it’s a good location with quality food, and with a bit more consistency in order accuracy and speed, it could easily be a 5-star experience. I’d still come back.

As a paying customer I Think I should be able to have The roast beef on my sandwich to my liking and cut extra thin if I would like. Every time I ask for my meat cut extra thin this one lady always tells me that the meat is Already sliced so she can’t. It’s always the same lady so I’m guessing she’s just lazy And likes poor customer service as far as I’m concerned.
