What's the whole point of ordering ahead if you are not gonna have it ready, pick up time was 8:12am it was 8:15am and they told me they where working on it ok I'll wait then 8:25am and they are gonna barely start on it like wtf then why order on app if they don't do their job right, for that reason I stopped going to the one in El Centro they are worse than here, well guess I'll go back to Starbucks.

This is honestly a joke. Not once, not twice, but THREE times now my drink has either been made completely wrong or tasted nothing like it should. At this point, it’s ridiculous.

New location and it's understandable there will be a delayed wait but when you mobile order 30 min ahead and then show up and its not ready and takea another 30 minutes to have a coffee ready its just insane. And the drive thru is just as bad if not worse. If you show up order at the window and wait for 15 minutes for your order its the fastest you will be served. Do better
