- DFDan ForsterMay 1, 20261.0I'm calling out this McDonald's on Olive Hill Road in Fallbrook for their abhorrent service. Since you have to use kiosks to order, we accidentally ordered I guess what are called teen meals and we wanted kids meals. The sandwich was SPICY. When we asked nicely the counter person was super rude to us; purposely ignored us and refused to even swap out the kids toys for the teen cards or whatever they were. This stuff is pennie's to them, and many disappointing to our grandkids. They couldn't eat the spicy sandwiches and didn't get the little toys. I will be reporting this to Corporate thru a feedback form. This staff needs to be trained or let go.
