  I honestly have never been so insulted in my life. I have lived in Bonita for several years and this has been my Vons since I moved here. Granted I usually come during the week, but I had to come this morning. Since I have to go to the self check out with my basket full since there is no checker open, I started scanning and bagging my stuff. I also had separated my discounted items since I knew they had to be scanned by the associate and my wine, again since I go all the time. Once I completed the rest of my basket, I asked the associate to help me with the discounted items. She had come over and moved my cart to get to the register and touched it at the bottom with her foot. Once I paid (even paid for everyone of the 5 bags I used), I tried moving my cart, which for some reason wouldn't move. I had metioned to her that somehow it had locked, which she proceeded to tell me "let me unlock it for you". Once I paid for my wine at her register, I had asked her why she locked my cart, I am in here all the time and why would it benefit me to leave with out paying for anything. She proceeded to tell me "oh, I didn't lock it" which I reply "I find that hard to believe since it workrd before and after you touched it. That was not cool at all". I saw she had a badge that said"manager" on it but it was covered by her keys so I couldn't get her name so I wasn't even going to ask for the manager. Again, I come in and say Hi and Good Morning/Afternoon to all associates when I come in, to the point that they even ask how my daughter is doing, or I ask how their kids are, but sadly it is interactions like this that makes me want to drive up the hill to the Ralphs. Shame on you for making a customer feel treated like she is seen as a thief.

  This Vons is a little smaller than some other locations, but it still has a good selection of products and everything I usually need for my shopping. Parking can be a bit limited, and one of the entrances is sometimes closed, although I'm not sure why. One thing to be aware of is that the shopping carts lock if you take them beyond the parking lot boundaries. I've seen this happen to several people, so it's something to keep in mind. Overall, it's still a good store with a convenient selection of groceries.

  It seems to be on the smaller side. Staff is friendly and helpful. You absolutely must use the app and digital deals.

  "Supervisor" Rosa was no help. I was trying to use my coupon and it wasnt going through. I was in self check out. She said she didnt know why it wasnt working and stepped away to another register. So I went to her register so she can charge me. She said she needed ny account info and told me they dont use online only the app and was making it seem like that was the problem. Ive used the website for coupons with no problem but for some reason today it was giving me a problem. I go to a supervisor shouldnt be a big deal right? No. Not only did I have to go find her at a register she still didnt want to help me. She tried scolding me saying she would do it this one time but not next time. I told her well how is this my fault and how am I supposed to do this "next time" when all im trying to do was use a coupon that she seen i had clipped. I told her what was the point of making me find all my account info for vons if she couldn't even see if I had already used the coupon. When I asked her about it she said she didnt know and was not trying to answer any questions. All I wanted was to use my coupon and for help and this rude lady caused drama. ROSA definitely should not be working with the public especially a supervisor who "doesn't know" anything and is unwilling to help.
