They recovered well and one of the random employees apologized for my wait then handed me a free beverage cup. gave the atmosphere a 5 because the employee are always paying attention the customers and they do it in a casual no intrusive manner. Free soda goes a long way as a gesture to acknowledge they thought they should have done better. In a society where apparently everything negative that happens is someone else's fault, it's rare to see people acknowledge ownership of choice and action. To us old folks it's second nature to offer an incentive to a customer and apologize for the misunderstanding... That soda was the first such gesture I received in recent memory. Without me even mentioning the wait, the employee discretely handed me the cup. Usually A person would have to kick up a little dust, to get anything. At that point the drink is a bribe being substitute for content of character. Made the meal more enjoyable.
