We thought the chicken was dry and overcooked, almost to the point of being burnt. The sides and flour tortillas were fine, along with the salsa. Next time, probably would stay away from the individual pieces of chicken and try something else.

I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal (1/2 chicken) with a large rice, which was more than enough food for my family (2 adults and two toddlers, ages 2 and 4). When I picked up the order, I asked for plates and utensils. She asked me how many plates I wanted, and I said four. She told me she could only give me two because "the meal is meant for two people"—and then ended up handing me just two plates and a single set of utensils. When I asked for another utensil set, she just said it was already in the bag. I was honestly shocked at how stingy they were with basic disposable stuff. Even if they assumed the meal was for two, why did they only put utensils for ONE person in the bag in the first place? Can they give less, but never extra? If you want to provide decent customer service, it costs virtually nothing to just give the customer what they ask for, especially when it's just plastic cutlery and paper plates. It takes almost zero effort to let a family eat comfortably. Nobody is out here trying to profit off cheap disposable plates. Really disappointed with how this was handled.
