Eventually, my two brothers gave up and used the kiosk, while I continued waiting because I was paying with cash. Even after finishing the customer’s food, Claudia stopped to handle the customer’s forgotten soda before taking my order. I had already been waiting for quite a while and felt completely ignored. When she finally took my order, her attitude came across as rude and unwelcoming. She also seemed hesitant and annoyed when I asked for sauce. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the entire interaction made me feel like my business was an inconvenience rather than appreciated.
