One of the longest running State Certified Farmers in SoCal. We only allow farmers licensed through the state of California's Dept. of Agriculture so our customers know they are getting fresh & local produce from small farms. Shopping from small farms ensures your produce is grown in a sustainable way w/minimal to no pesticides. Don't be fooled by other "farmers markets"-THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED! Non-certified markets can sell you produce from Mexico & other countries picked up from the docks in L.A. Produce from out of the country can be treated w/unsafe chemicals & fertilized w/human waste. DON'T RISK IT! Farm Freshness, Grocery Goodies, & many small business vendors are here weekly during our seasonal dates April-September 8:30-1 Tuesdays.
