  Extremely disappointed in my experience with this store while in town. Placed an online order about noon, selected the 8-10pm delivery time slot. Got a notification that the shipping had begun at 9:15 pm. At 10:15 pm I checked and only 3 out of 100 items had been shopped (one of the items being a bag of ice). So I called the store. The exact conversation that I had with the girl: me “idk if you are able to help me with an online order I placed.” Her: “they’re shopping the last 2 orders now” me:”ok do we know that this includes my order?” Her: “yes, I’m sure. Cause it’s the last 2”. Me: “ohhhhKay. Well are you able to give w an estimate as to how much longer this is going to take? It’s late and i would like go to bed.” Her: “No, I can’t give you that information” Me: “but my order will for sure get delivered tonight?” Her: “it should.” Me: “it should? That the best you can tell me? The order is currently late and 99% of the order still needs to be shopped.” Her: “it should get delivered tonight.” Ended that phone call and continued to wait. Then I started getting notifications that All my items were ‘unavailable’ so finally at 11:15 I messaged the shopper and asked for the order to be cancelled. I tried using the chat option on their website and it was completely useless. The next day I used the live chat and requested the order to be canceled and me to get refunded. The guy told me I could call the store and requested a reschedule or he could submit a request for a refund but it would have to be approved. I requested the refund and said I’d rather shop somewhere else. Still waiting, it’s been 6 days and I have not received any response that the refund is approved or denied. We went to the store across the street and had a wonderful experience. Disappointing cause we shop at Albertsons and Safeway in Az all the time.

  I thought it would just be a quick pit stop for snacks but they had way more than I expected. The deli had fresh sandwhiches and the produce section was actually stocked with decent stuff, i ended up grabbing alot more than I planned. The staff were super friendly too one guy helped me find a specific condiment I was looking for. Id definately come back here next time im up the mountain.

  I’ve ordered 2 cakes from the bakery on 2 separate occasions and both times the filling has been wrong. The cakes taste good but I’m so disappointed that they didn’t follow my order. Why fill out an order form if the bakery is going to do what they want anyways? This was supposed to be a vanilla cake with fudge filling as shown on the order sheet and I got a vanilla cake with vanilla filling.

  In and out fast, the store was raging but they had plenty of cashiers. Speaking of cashier, she was friendly and Fun, wish I had her name to give her a shout out.

  While shopping at Vons, one of my grocery bags accidentally ripped open. An employee named Evan immediately helped pick up my items and gave me a new bag and kindly assisted me by carrying them to my car. His willingness to help and his excellent customer service made a big difference in my shopping experience. Vons is clearly hiring outstanding employees, and I greatly appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown by Evan. You can't find people like that nowadays. Keep up the great work Vons!
