My McGriddle was TINY. For McDonald's the prices are a little expensive. Clean interior and good service

Best customer service at McDonalds or fast food in general we’ve had in awhile! Our fresh food was ready very quickly - it felt like we barely even waited at all. The restaurant was festive, clean and an overall good environment.

Went by this morning after I drop my kids off at school to get a sandwich and I had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The lady at the front window had such an attitude. She was very unpleasant not helpful when I told her that my hash brown was ice cold. If I could get a new one she looks at me like I’m crazy and then after she brings back a new one it’s the same thing Was not hot and she slammed the window. The worst customer service I’ve ever had whoever owns this, McDonald’s should really do a check on their employees. I know it’s the only McDonald’s up in Big Bear so it is what it is, but if you don’t have good customer service, you shouldn’t be working at McDonald’s Any food service business! Very disappointed with my experience experience and I will never be going back to this, McDonald’s!

I don't think I'll be back to this location. There is an employee who claims to be the manager and he has been rude and messed up every single order I have placed at this location. Last night he literally threw my drinks halfway out the drive thru window. When I realized 1 of my drinks was wrong I'd already been made to feel uncomfortable so I just left.
Mind you, these are orders I place through the app and then pick up.
He snapped behind didn't have a physical receipt, just my phone showing my order and that I paid. Sorry McDonald's but if that's your team leader then I don't want to spend my money here
