    Don't eat here in the mornings, or for lunch. I have on multiple occasions eaten spoiled chicken from here. Not sure if they use the meat from the day before, or if the meat is just bad. I have eaten at nearly every location in Big Bear, and this places chicken is sour, and tastes spoiled, on multiple occasions....

    Horrible service. Employees refused to talk to me or make eye contact when asking for salsa. Weird... also seats inside disgustingly dirty. Best of luck Big Bear El Pollo Loco.

    We dined in. The food was good. The employees made me feel awkward. While we were eating, two employees were just standing behind the counter watching us. It felt weird, like they were hovering and watching every move we made. Not a comfortable feeling while you are eating and trying to relax. We left before we were full, just to get out of there.
