I will never complain about perfectly cooked bone- in ribeye, lobster mashed potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail, and a perfectly blended dirty martini here.

This isn't eating out. It's a dining experience! The bone in ribeye melted in my mouth. The wild mushrooms were divine! However, the star of the night was the pecan pie with vanilla bean ice cream!

First off, I want to say that me and my wife has been coming there for many years and within the last few years, this location cannot get our order, correct? They always make our steak undercooked so as being a guest there, I always give feedback There has been multiple complaints at this location from us. Not because we want to complaint, but because they can't get their food, correct. There are two managers there that are amazing lamont, and eddie they are wonderful and they have always took care of us and made it right last night for Mother's Day I had a to go order when I get home again. The steak is under cooked so I called to give feedback. I was not trying to get my money back. Eddie, offered and honored a credit on my account to come back and dine inn.. I called today to make the reservation. I spoke with the general assistant manager. Her name is Chloe, she should not be the assistance manager. She needs to be fired immediately. She is very rude. As being a guest there for many years, I did not do nothing wrong. She goes and tells me that I am not the right guest for them.. She told me that she is only willing to apply the credit to a to go order. I told her I will call her back when I try to call back on my number, my number has been blocked I had to call on a different phone. I finally got connected to a different manager. His name was lamont i was just kindly asking him, if there's any Way We can dine in instead of doing it to go order. And he said absolutely. I made the reservation with him. I get a call back five minutes later from khloe, and she goes and tells me I am not welcomed into the restaurant, she was mad that I called back and asked to dine in after she already told me it's for to go only i was just asking if there was any way that they could accommodate me coming to dine in instead of a to go order even if I paid money and not use the credit.. i was even asking her, what if I just come in? And I pay, I won't use the credit. She denied it.. And like I said, there has been multiple complaints about this. But I have always been kind and understood. I have never wrote a bad review to this location.. all of staff is amazing there i will give all of the staff and other managers Besides chloe a five star.. but chloe is trying to act like she's the owner of the location.. she's trying to have more authority than the general manager, which is eddie eddie told me that I can come in whenever I like or go to any location when I call today. I speak with chloe, and she tells me that i'm not welcome there, and i'm not a good guest.. When I have been nothing but nice and kind, an understanding.. I always have kind words about everybody there. Even when my food gets messed up, I'm not mad about it. I give them chances to make it right. I totally understand that. Maybe this restaurant isn't for me, and maybe they just can't get my order, right? I get that, but the way Chloe handled it was not professional itwas not professional? It was very rude!!! I am writing this review. Not because of the food or the location. I am writing this review because of the assistant general manager chloe!!!

I’d say it’s all style over substance but it looks straight out of the 1980’s in terms of style. The “penthouse” terrace is tired and dated and really just a long narrow balcony with loose tiles, wobbly tables and blah decor. Two of our appetizer plates were dirty, one even had a small hair on it. Just gross. Bread service is stale and meh. Our entree steaks came without the accompaniments we ordered so we were done with our steak by the time they finally brought the sides 10+ minutes later. The American wagyu ribeye was the only highlight. The Japanese A5 was pretty terrible and served still cold in the center despite having ordered it the same medium temperature as the American Wagyu. The Japanese A5 was also served on a cold plate, perhaps because it was served to our 13 year old for his birthday dinner but if a 13 year old is ordering an expensive steak off an adult menu, he should get the hot plate and full experience as well. None of us enjoyed that steak, granted they comped it ultimately (and we didn't eat it) but that's not really the point, it was just an extremely disappointing birthday dinner. Would never go back nor recommend to others. It’s too bad because it was a $530 meal with tip (even after the comp, that's what we paid) for 3 people so I expect a lot better.

We were seated in the penthouse at Mastro’s in Beverly Hills, and from the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt effortlessly romantic. The soft, ambient lighting cast a warm glow across the room, while the sweeping views of the city added a sense of intimacy and quiet luxury. There was a gentle hum of conversation around us, never overwhelming, just enough to make the space feel alive without taking away from the private, almost secluded feeling of our table. It felt like one of those rare places where time slows down, allowing you to truly enjoy the moment and the company you’re with. The starters set the tone for the entire evening—they were nothing short of exceptional. Each dish arrived beautifully presented, almost too perfect to disturb, yet impossible to resist. Every bite was thoughtfully balanced, with fresh ingredients and rich, layered flavors that immediately made it clear we were in for something special. There was a level of care and precision in the preparation that elevated even the simplest elements into something memorable. As for the food overall, it was outstanding from start to finish. Every course exceeded expectations, both in taste and presentation. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the execution was flawless—perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience, one that felt indulgent without ever being overwhelming. Combined with the romantic ambiance and impeccable service, the evening at the penthouse felt truly unforgettable.
