For the first time ever, the rooftop at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills opens to the public on with Poza—a dining concept offering rooftop sunset views in Beverly Hills. Named after the literal Spanish translation for “pool,” Poza is a nod to California’s heritage and a celebration of elevated poolside dining.
The menu reimagines classic California fare with a focus on seasonal produce and coastal seafood. The bar features a curated selection of refreshing cocktails, spritzes, local wines by the glass, and standout LA brews.
Relaxed yet refined, Poza invites guests to savor golden hour from an entirely new perspective.

We were celebrating the end of summer and she just knew how to make our experience the best. Corporate if you see this….shes amazing! Kudos to Jordan and all the staff at POSA. We will be back soon.

The frustrating part was that the restaurant had plenty of space, and they had just seated a party of two at the only table that could have been combined to accommodate our group. When I expressed my disappointment, I was told that tables are “first come, first serve”even for guests with reservations. That completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation. The only reason we were eventually able to sit together was because the pair at the combinable table graciously offered to move after seeing the seven of us trying to squeeze into seating for five. Their kindness saved the situation, but it shouldn’t have been necessary. If reservations don’t guarantee appropriate seating for the size of your party, it’s important for the restaurant to be upfront about that. Otherwise, the reservation system is misleading. UPDATE: the restaurant responded here that someone would be reaching out to me. No one ever did. Fail #2.
