For the first time ever, the rooftop at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills opens to the public on with Poza—a dining concept offering rooftop sunset views in Beverly Hills. Named after the literal Spanish translation for “pool,” Poza is a nod to California’s heritage and a celebration of elevated poolside dining.
The menu reimagines classic California fare with a focus on seasonal produce and coastal seafood. The bar features a curated selection of refreshing cocktails, spritzes, local wines by the glass, and standout LA brews.
Relaxed yet refined, Poza invites guests to savor golden hour from an entirely new perspective.
Please note: As a rooftop venue, Poza operates weather permitting and may be closed due to inclement conditions.
Meh in just about everything and the hidden fees … wow.

We made a reservation for a party of seven, but when we arrived, the only tables available were for five people. The frustrating part was that the restaurant had plenty of space, and they had just seated a party of two at the only table that could have been combined to accommodate our group.
When I expressed my disappointment, I was told that tables are “first come, first serve”even for guests with reservations. That completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation.
The only reason we were eventually able to sit together was because the pair at the combinable table graciously offered to move after seeing the seven of us trying to squeeze into seating for five. Their kindness saved the situation, but it shouldn’t have been necessary.
If reservations don’t guarantee appropriate seating for the size of your party, it’s important for the restaurant to be upfront about that. Otherwise, the reservation system is misleading.

Who charges $110 just to cut a cake that is so ridiculous. That is demonic.

Do not have your birthday here. I came with a group of girlfriends to celebrate a birthday and we all thought it would be ideal to bring a cake custom for the birthday girl! This cake was a simple 1 tier cake. We handed it to our host so she may store it and we were seated. Food was okay, would not say it is anything special or worth their prices, but when it came to charging extensive fees for no reason. That's when I realized this place was scamming.
The cake we purchased was charged $110 just for them to take a knife and make slices. Mind you, these employees are paid more than $20 an hour in addition to tips. Why would a cake that was purchased by the customer... require a fee of $110 for something so petty.
Get rid of these ridiculous fees, stop clawing for a quick cash grab. This experience was a one and never ever again.
