  Service from the worker (Alex) was good and he was knowledgeable but didn’t quite know how points worked. He did explain how they could be redeemed through the app and tried to help as much as he could. Once he asked the manager, the manager didn’t have an answer nor did he show interest in finding the answer and simply walked away. I think the store could improve this since the manager sets the example for everyone else.

  For the second time in a few weeks, this location is closed before their posted hours. The website and Google Maps says they close at 9PM. I got here both times around 8:30PM and they were closed. Either update your hours or stay open within your posted hours!

  I just ordered Jimmy John’s from Uber Eats and there was a broken fingernail in my veggie sub 🤮🤢

  just wasted time driving here. website says they. close at 9pm - showed up just after 8pm to someone turning off the lights lol
