  The manager kicks out highschoolers for no reason, just because theyre in high school. Also she gives horrible portions that arent accurate to the company's requirements and she shouldnt have her job

  I used to come to this Chipotle on Beverly Drive practically every day, and unfortunately, after my recent experiences with the manager, Ivete Gutierrez, I no longer feel comfortable returning. The employees at this location have consistently been kind, welcoming, and helpful, and I want to make it clear that my concern is specifically with management not the staff. In fact, it was disappointing to see such friendly employees put in a position where they had to enforce decisions that I found unnecessarily unkind. On one visit, while I was paying for my food, a man who appeared to be experiencing homelessness asked for a water cup. He was told by Ms. Gutierrez that they did not have water cups. Considering the heat in California, I found the situation particularly concerning. Regardless of someone’s circumstances, they are still a person and should be treated with basic dignity and kindness, especially when they’re simply asking for water. The following day, I witnessed another situation involving someone from my high school. He was trying to get lemonade in a water cup, and Ms. Gutierrez instructed him to pour it out which is reasonable, I decided to give him the fountain drink that came with my kids’ meal instead, so I asked him what he wanted and got him lemonade. I then asked Ms. Gutierrez for a separate water cup for myself because I wanted to get water. She refused and told me that I had already gotten a cup for someone else and that she knew I was going to give the new cup to somebody else. I explained that I was getting water and even showed her that there was water in the cup. What bothered me most was not simply being told no—it was the way the situation was handled and the assumptions made about my intentions. Water cups are complimentary, and I was asking for one to get water. I also found it upsetting to see employees who were otherwise extremely courteous being put in the middle of these interactions. I understand that businesses have policies and that employees need to follow them. However, management should also understand how those policies are communicated and how customers are treated. After coming here so frequently, these experiences have left a very bad taste in my mouth. It is unfortunate because the staff themselves provide excellent customer service, but the management experience has completely changed how I feel about this location. I hope corporate takes the time to look into how customers and employees are being treated at this location. I would genuinely like to be able to return to the Chipotle I used to visit so often, but at this point, I don’t feel inclined to go back.

  Titel: Gutes Essen, aber leider große Mängel bei der Sauberkeit ​Das Essen war geschmacklich wirklich gut, dafür gibt es einen Daumen nach oben. Leider trübte der Zustand des Gastraums den Gesamteindruck erheblich: Selbst zu ruhigeren Zeiten wirkte der Bereich sehr unaufgeräumt. ​Auf den Tischen und auf dem Boden lagen noch Krümel vom vorherigen Gast, was das Ganze auf Dauer leider etwas unappetitlich wirken ließ. Schade, denn mit mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Sauberkeit im Gastraum wäre das Erlebnis deutlich besser gewesen.
