  My husband and I visited this Wingstop on July 21, 2026, at approximately 9:30 p.m., and we received excellent service. The employee working in the kitchen was working by himself, but he still managed to provide us with great customer service and prepare our order perfectly. I have visited many Wingstop locations, and this was one of the best experiences I have had. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the fries were delicious, and I was amazed by the flavor and quality of the food. This employee deserves recognition for his hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude. I truly hope Wingstop gives him the opportunity to be promoted to a manager because he demonstrated that he can handle a busy shift on his own while still providing excellent service. Thank you for making our visit such a great experience!

  First let me say that we buy from Wing Stop often. Every sporting event, we order wings. Today we placed an order online and received our confirmation number. When we came to pick up the food I was not approached at the counter for at least 15 minutes. When someone finally asked my name they said we don't have the order. We gave them a confirmation number and they told us the order had already been picked up by someone using my name. I asked them why they didn't confirm the order with a confirmation number and the manager on staff, her name was media (spelling??) informed me she couldn't help me and the food was already gone. I explained that I am the person who ordered and I again showed her the confirmation number. She then proceeded to tell me that she would have to give me a call later after she looked at her cameras to make sure the order was picked up. So I left the store after she told me she would not help me. It has been over an hour since I left and I still have no food. Today is Sunday. On Monday I will cancel this order on my AMEX and leave this same review on their google page. I cannot begin to explain the level of dissatisfaction i have with this establishment. I do NOT leave poor reviews. Every review I have ever left has been a positive one. But this store out rightly stole my money and had no interest in helping me. I was shocked. On top of all of this, every single person that was working in this store looked stoned out of their mind. Do better. Hire better people, teach customer service, check confirmation numbers. HIRE BETTER. Update: Another 30 minutes later, I called in and the manager still wouldn't help me. I was left on hold for more than 10 minutes.

  Went to Wingstop at 9:40 mind you they close at 12!!! Yet Indio and Coachella close til 3:30am so I assumed it’s still very early. I get there and Wingstop has their lights off, open sign OFF, and doors closed while employees are standing behind the door just staring at the parking lot to see if anyone is going to try and come in. I took my business down to Carl’s Jr and once I went outside of carls all of sudden the lights were back on and the sign was still off but they waited til they lost about 4/5 different vehicles that also were trying to go to Wingstop but we all ended up going to carls VERY LAZY EMPLOYEES and it’s not the first time. This location already has it easy enough. Nice area. Not as late of a closing time compared to their fellow stores and yet they still don’t want to serve customers and work at minimum. Ridiculous.

  Had yesterday for pick up. Wings were good and we even got a few bonus wings to the count so that’s a plus. Fries were on point, sometimes they are off. Overall it’s a wingstop, a place to stop for wings, and a place where wings stop.
