  Well I go here everyday...med vanilla with sprinkles and a pup cup... the girls are always friendly and I always chit chat with em see how everyone is doing... today holy smokes THEY HIRED A KAREN.... So odd, I was talking about ice cream. About how dq make soft serve by adding hair during the freezing process and proprietary process..and.....she flipped out and was like I know how this is made and theres no air...the machines explode all the time and im tired of ppl telling us how its made...its annoying...... Yes folks she had the "whatever" to say this to a customer who was being friendly and nice...I had to ask her is there something wrong we're talking about ice cream and I'm like smiling and the other girl was like smiling everything's cool and the girls just I don't want to talk about ice cream I talk about it all day... I hope she goes away because I will talk about ice cream ALL DAY LONG IN DAIRY QUEEN!!!!!!!! Duhhhhh go work at dmv grumpy mc grumperson. 🤪

  I visited the Dairy Queen on Free Cone Day, and while the customer service was really excellent, the overall experience was hard to enjoy because of how hot it was inside. It honestly felt like an oven. There didn’t seem to be any tint on the windows to help keep the place cool if the ac was working it would keep it way cooler. I felt like i was sitting in a fishbowl with the sun just pouring in. Because of the heat, the ice cream started melting almost immediately after we walked out the door. I had purchased additional items, which all quickly melted. We had to rush to the car just to get the AC going. Again, the staff was friendly and provided great customer service, but the temperature inside really took away from the experience.

  It was hotter in this restaurant than outside. The Blizzard melting fast and didnt have the same great taste.
