Okay, BUT they still charged Chase $43 (x2, because I though it was operator error). No one will STILL answer the phone. So we will NOT be Noah people in the future. UPDATE!! - Now they have deleted an apology (which intially contained possible communication in rectifying), because I don't deserve one? Funk this place, local bagel shops like Hella Bagel, Bageltopia, and even Berkeley Bagel will be getting my business.

Bagels were sorta fresh but not like you’d want to drive all the way to the bagel store for. Lox sandwich was cold like out of a fridge, cucumbers were soggy (and scarce), there were a total of two capers. Egg sandwich was “passable.”
