    Food was good, like always it’s McDonald’s. But the customer service experience was horrible, horrible. Not because of the employees themselves, but because they seriously need more staff. I only saw two girls working, and they were literally running trying to keep up with everything. They were trying super hard, but it was impossible with so many people waiting for orders. There had to be at least 10 to 12 customers waiting. My order was only a sausage bagel with egg and a coffee, and it still took more than 25 minutes. Management really needs to do something about the staffing situation because the employees are doing their best, but they clearly need help. I want to make something clear: my review was never against the employees. Those two girls were working extremely hard and doing everything possible to keep up. They were literally running nonstop trying to help everyone, and I respect them for that. My complaint is about the lack of staff. Two people cannot handle that amount of customers alone and still be expected to provide fast service. Management needs to be more conscious about the pressure being placed on those employees. Either provide more staff or properly compensate the workers who are carrying the entire operation on their backs. Also, I received a link asking me to share my feedback there, but the link does not work at all. It feels more like an attempt to silence the complaint than to actually listen to the customer experience. Again, this is not against the workers. They deserve recognition and support, because they are clearly trying their best under impossible conditions.

    This place is usually busy & confused. There seems to be many people waiting for orders but nobody at register. Understaffed.
