- KPKenneth PearceApr 7, 20261.0I have been visiting this McDonald's for 10 years and HAVE NEVER had a problem until today, it has always been "fresh," hot food when I need something fast. TODAY was a completely different story. The food was stale, and I was parked and had to wait 10 minutes (at least), so I did not understand how this happens. Also, my large 3 drinks were not filled up, they will filled to about an inch and a half from the top, so I attempted to get them filled, and the lady replied, "We don't offer refills." Its not a refill if it was never filled to begin with. I am very disappointed here. The lady had largely painted on eyebrows.
