- PVPedro VeaMay 10, 20261.0Context: have not eaten here for about 15 years. Ordered a barbacoa burrito. This place is a rip off. Very sheisty with the portions for a $18 dollar burrito because they never mentioned that it cost extra for a quesadilla burrito. Back in the days it was free to do it. I ended up not finishing it after three bites. This burrito suck. I will never eat at any Chipotle ever again for a very less than average mediocre burrito.

The manager was extremely rude and tried to charge multiple people in line for extra portions when there were no extra portions given and was extremely rude when confronted about it. I've never had an appalling experience like this at any Chipotle location before and truly believe this location needs new staff that actually has an understanding of how customer service works. On top of this they did not include my chips, guacamole, or other items I rightfully paid for. For the extremely rude management and low attention to detail staff I would rate this location 1/5
