I spent 25 dollars and I couldn’t even get a glass of water. In my 17 years of going to chipotle I have never been denied a glass of water, ever. And the bathrooms smell so bad. This is by far the most hostile, disgusting Chipotle I have ever been to. Thought it would be okay since it is a Chipotle chain but seems like it’s not.
- APAmy PhanJul 10, 20261.0Worst Chipotle experiences I've ever had. I ordered ahead specifically to save time. When I arrived, my order wasn't ready, which is understandable if they're busy. What isn't acceptable is that the staff completely ignored the online order queue while continuing to serve customer after customer who had just walked in. I stood there and watched eight people who arrived after me get their food before anyone even acknowledged my order. I had to interrupt the employees twice just to ask about it before they finally decided to make my meal. Had I not spoken up, I'm convinced I would have been standing there indefinitely. What's the point of ordering ahead if the restaurant treats online orders as an afterthought? The entire purpose is convenience and saving time. Instead, I ended up waiting longer than if I had simply gotten in line. This wasn't a kitchen delay - it was a complete failure to manage and prioritize orders. Ignoring customers who have already paid while serving everyone else is unacceptable customer service. If your restaurant can't handle mobile orders, then don't offer them.

The food at the location is absolutely disgusting if you come in the mornings or near the opening time you can tell the food is from the day before. Actually atrocious food and disgusting food safety standard. I really hope this location get closed down eventually. The location in Southside Berkeley on telegraph Ave is actually pretty good though, I’d suggest going there instead!
