Bangalore Blues is a Pochys initiative.
Pochys started with a mission to provide Bangalore style food made from scratch at the Gilman District. The focus was mainly on fresh food, taste, quality which are what we expect at home.
Bangalore Blues adds to that ethos with a great ambiance, jazz music and very soon cocktails that complement the unapologetic bold flavors Pochys offered.
Enjoy Crispy (yet spongy) dosas, soft idlis, Donne biriyani, Kathi rolls, Gobi manchurian, chicken 65, Vada Pav to name a few classic items.
Our hope is for people to experience Bangalore food with the nostalgia of the "Laid-back" city from the 80's while getting soaked in soulfulness of Karnataka through classical, blues and jazz music.
