  Placed mobile order this morning and when I went to go pick it up no one was there. Drive thru was blocked. There was about 5 cars also waiting to get their mobile order. I sat there for about 20 min. Cars were pulling up to get their orders (prob 10 of them) and not able to do so. You can’t reach anyone there. The number seems to be someone’s personal number. Not McDonalds.

  I ordered a Deluxe Breakfast, 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins, 1 Hash Brown, and a medium orange juice. The receipt clearly shows that I paid for a medium orange juice, but I was given a small instead. It's frustrating when your order isn't checked properly, especially when you're paying for a specific item and size. Disappointing experience and poor attention to detail.

  $15 for a QP w/cheese and a Lg Fry the burger patty looke and tasted like it was frozen, thawed and smashed under a pallet of something, refrozen, rethawed cooked in pieces and pressed together on the grill. then onmly put half way on the bun, then the one half stuck to the bun like last years chewing gum stuck to under side of a high school deskand the half not on the bun crumbling to pieces again inside the box. The fries tasted like they were sitting under a heat lamp for 24-48 hours. This was so bnad in fact that not only was it my WORST McDonalds experience ( and I have many bad McDs experiences in recent years) I feel pretty darn safe saying it was my LAST Micky Ds experience ever! Thank goodness there is still In-N-Out or I would probably never have fast food again after this!!!
