- MRMarilyn RadfordMay 22, 20261.0I’ve given this Dunkin’ multiple chances because I genuinely enjoy Dunkin’ as a brand, but this location has been consistently disappointing. Whether through Uber Eats or the drive-thru, there always seems to be an issue with missing items, long wait times, or food quality. Most recently, at the Bellflower BLVD location specifically, my avocado toast was not even toasted, and I ordered it with bacon but barely received any on top. The quality was poor enough that I couldn’t finish it. I also only ordered two items and was immediately told to pull forward without anyone really acknowledging me, yet nothing was even brought out to my car afterward. Meanwhile, no other cars were asked to pull forward, which made the experience feel frustrating and disorganized. I understand fast food can get busy, but during my visit the employees were openly discussing how backed up they were, even though there were only a couple cars ahead of me. As someone who has worked in high-volume food service before, I understand staffing challenges happen, but customer experience and food quality should still be prioritized. What’s frustrating is that I’ve had much better experiences at other Dunkin’ locations, including on the East Coast and at another Southern California location. This one just feels very inconsistent. There are occasional good visits, but overall I’d rather drive farther or pay more for delivery from another location than continue coming here.
