They were experiencing technical difficulties with their system on June 6, 2026. I went to my local store in Lakewood which is great because my order would not process. They showed up with the delivery without any communication. I have no reciept of purchase or delivery confirmation. I attempted to call the merchant location for resolution only to be hung up on because their phone system was not working either. My money should be refunded. Order at your own risk. It's sad when merchants can't do the right thing by their customers.

I got hungry so I ordered the half and half deal where you can have pepperoni on one side and sausage on the other side according to the picture. It was $10.99 for the large. I also ordered some hot wings. The pizza came with everything all on it. I don't eat sausage and my mom doesn't eat pepperoni which is why I ordered the half and half deal. The hot wings were soggy. My mom spit hers out, so I didn't eat any. I like my wings well done, not soft and soggy. I called to see if I could return the order because I spent over$30.00 dollars. The guy asked me if I tasted it. I said Yes, so he said he could remake it, but i can't get a refund. How would you know if something doesn't tast good if you don't taste it. I was refused a refund. He said it's on the website that they don't give refunds if you taste it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by just taking the sausage off the pizza. However, it wasn't good. Only one wing was gone, because my mom tasted it. Now my food will go in the trash and my money down the drain and a CEO and BBB complaint because I'm not the one. I don't want a remake or credit to go another day. I want my money back, period, point blank. Their computer wasn't working either and he tried to argue saying that he didn't see where i ordered the half and half. Please I know how i eat my pizza, I saw the half and half picture deal and chose that deal, it's not my issue if he didn't see it on his side, when I know I chose that deal, and I had to call in the tell them my apartment number which I also originally indicated because their confirmation showed just my apartment address, and I didn't want the individual to be lost wondering where to deliver the pizza, so that's how I knew their computer system was off. Fix your computer Dominos so you can be on one accord with the customer.
