- VVveronica viramontesOct 3, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Wingstop. This was the second time they messed up my order in less than two weeks. I specifically ordered mild and hot wings, but the wings were boxed together and stacked on top of each other, with the hot wings placed directly on top of the mild wings. As a result, the sauce mixed together and all of the wings ended up tasting hot, even though I had ordered some mild. I called the store to let them know about the mistake, expecting them to simply acknowledge the issue and help correct it. Instead, the conversation became argumentative, and the manager, Julian, actually hung up on me. I then went to the store in person to have the wings remade and packaged correctly. When I arrived, I spoke with Damariz, who essentially told me there was nothing they could do other than offer a refund. There was no real effort to correct the order or provide reasonable customer service. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a business handles those mistakes. In this case, I felt that the staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for an error that could have easily been corrected. Having this happen twice within less than two weeks makes the experience even more frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on both order accuracy and customer service.

It was a small purchase i like the ranch and cheese i was on my way home from work and had food i just wanted some sauce. Well a girl and a boy laughed/ mocked me for it. “1 ranch 2 ranch 1 cheese” and they laugh and kept smiling at each other this made me so uncomfortable we are all human . Their job is to make us the customers feel comfortable and appreciate us for even deciding on going there to make a purchase. I would always go every 3 times a week let’s just say I’m staying away for some time.
