Junkie service equals Junkie atmosphere. I ordered a lemonade based drink, all I could taste was lemonade , I took the drink back, the girl was not helpful, I told her I'd like to be able to taste the flavors, she told me I will not be able to taste the flavors in the drink because of the measurements that go in the drink! The manager remade the drink and gave me an iced tea base, I returned the drink and the manager refused to take responsibility. The manager said she made the drink herself and she doesn't know why my completely brown drink would taste like tea. Her words called me stupid and imaginative. I asked that poor excuse for a leader to give me a refund. I've been here a million times and never would have imagined being treated like I am stupid. I will not return any time soon

I'm wondering if Dutch Bros is selling good coffee or bad music! Way to loud! Why what's the point??? I was at the hospital across the street and music was blaring! So I can only go there once in a while cause of loud music is too much.... Hello Starbucks ⚘️

I tried the cookie butter latte and it was delicious! The customer service I received from Ari was also exceptional. She helped me customize my drink so that it was the perfect level of sweetness for my liking.

I mobile ordered and still had to wait 40 minutes just for my drink to be wrong!! The wait here is absolutely ridiculous every single time I come I have to wait 20-40 minutes just for two coffees! People ordered while I was here waiting and they got theirs before me.
