  This location needs to be shut down immediately because I will not ever be returning to this location due to slow and poor customer service I spent almost $30 dollars today and the wanted me to pay 35 cents for an extra syrup

  The staff was a little rude and acted as if anyone on the other side of the cashiers counter were too much of a bother for additional questions such as asking for extra sauce and the codes for the locked bathrooms. The restaurant itself was very clean along with the bathrooms...

  Save the time if Mc Donald is a must go to the other one, this one always have the order messed up but with the time it take to get it I be so pissed it don’t matter. My child like there meal and I always pay ahead and wait at a number , it takes 25 (ordered 15 before pulling up) after pulling up food never fresh just warm. They mess up so much I have 2 happy meals they want to replace and I rather not.

  WORST PLACE EVER I LIVE HERE IN BARSTOW AND IM LITERALLY IN LINE NO SERVICE...THEY PUT ME ON HOLD WHILE THE OTHER LINE LET 4 PPL AHEAD OF ME..I DIDNT MAKE AND ORDER AND STILL IN LINE WAITING JUST TO GO HOME AND GET FOOD ELSEWHERE BARSTOW SUCKS AND THE MANGER ON THE PHONE WAS TERRIBLE!!! I'M GOING TO LYNWOOD

  Okay McDonald's. People stop at this spot to use the restroom and buy some quick eats. Is it annoying to have the bathrooms locked? Yep it is. So we ordered food at the Kiosk, the one visible employee was working hard fixing what the drive thru team messed up, we tried to get an employee's attention so we could use the restroom but no eye contact was happening. Luckily the customers knew the code. Won't stop here again. Will hit up one of the many many places where we can use the restroom and order food fast and not have to beg for a door code.
