    I used to be a frequent visitor as I love Dutch Bros! But I donā€™t know what happened as of recently the wait times have gotten ridiculous as well as the customer service has been so awful. They are always rude and not personable. This has happened on three separate visits and at 3 different times of the day. They really need to get these employees together. If Iā€™m paying more than $6 for a single drink I feel like a have a nice day should come with it.
