Today was the worst… 3/4 of my guacamole on my bowl is unripe tasteless avocado and cut up in chunks. This is unacceptable for how much the guacamole serving costs. The line is usually dirty with spilled food everywhere that the last 3x I have had to tell the staff on tortillas to clean up before serving me. One cleaned up while the cashier started the line. The used a very dirty towel that you would not believe it was once white. It’s unacceptable and exposes customers to germs and food poisoning. I come here because it reminds me of home. Do better Chipotle Barstow.

- TJT JaiAug 14, 20263.0My daughter and I placed separate online orders for pickup and, unfortunately, someone stole our food - it wasn't on the shelf & a leader/mgr said they had just made it. It wasn't mistakenly taken because it had our names on it. So the staff quickly remade our orders, but mine wasn't correct. I had a total of 6 tacos and half were missing lettuce and fajita veggies, as ordered. I appreciate the effort to "rush" service, but not at the expense of quality assurance. I would had rather them go "slow" and take their time & made my order correctly, than to rush, miss ingredients, to get us out the door. If they ran out of certain food at 1pm, which I doubt, then that should've been communicated. But it doesn't take much to glance at a receipt & verify correctness before giving food to a customer. I asked the lead/mgr if it was normal for online orders to be stolen or taken, she shook her head "yes". If you guys know online orders are periodically stolen, then maybe you should take a different approach at this particular site and hold orders behind the counter, like Wingstop. No more online ordering for us, just in store ordering.
