  Pizza Hut Lunch Box Deal Review The Pizza Hut Lunch Box deal sounds like a great value: an individual pizza, a side, and a drink all in one convenient meal. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating because of an issue with the beverage. The menu offered Lipton tea as a drink option for an additional $2 upcharge, so I paid the extra charge expecting to receive the drink I selected. The problem? The restaurant didn't even have the Lipton tea available. If a restaurant is going to charge customers extra for a specific beverage, that item should actually be in stock. An employee did call me and told me that they never have had this drink available and was not even sure why it was on the menu online. It's also advertised everywhere but for some reason this location does not sell it. No problem I just switched it out for something else but I did tell her it was a upcharge and I would either want an extra drink or credit. What made the situation even worse was that I was never reimbursed the $2 upcharge. I paid for something I couldn't receive, and despite the issue, Pizza Hut kept the money. That's not good customer service. The Lunch Box deal itself has potential, but charging customers for an unavailable item and then failing to refund the extra charge leaves a very bad taste. If you don't have the beverage available, don't charge people for it—and if you do, refund the money. It's only $2, but it's the principle and the customer service that matters.

  Ordered online. Paid online. Picked up our pizza and ate it. After all that a manager called asking is to pay $5 that was supposedly left on our bill. Sounds like this Pizza Hut is running a Credit Card scam. Beware and shame on you.

  I have Ben coming here for few years now always good . but how ever though the owner /general manager needs too hire more workers the two workers that helped me today were running ragged and deserve a raise but they did a very good job.

  We ordered pizza, pasta, and breadsticks yet we could not get packets of cheese and chili? We had to pay for the packets, that's ridiculous. Dominos and Papa John's give them for free as we purchase food!

  Worst and unpleasant time!!! Service is horrible!!! Definitely wouldn't go back or recommend anyone there!!! Food is NOTHING like it used to be! Ladies at the counter are extremely rude! Looked us from head to toes and gave us nothing but horrible service! Definitely don't recommend it! If the employees hate their job that much would be better for them to get something they like! I am a PAYING customer!!!! Im not asking gor free food ir handouts!
