My family and I were told what they didn't have instead of how may I help you and then inquiring about what we would like to order versus just we don't have this. My daughter and I both ordered salads and were denied the vinaigrette dressing I was told two lies one that they didn't have any and the other line was that they needed to keep the vinaigrette dressing for orders to go. Best restaurant has nothing but Hispanic workers working there and we're extremely rude to my family and I who are African American descent. I would never go there it would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Yet they’re not hiring. This is a terrible way to manage a restaurant. I’m not mad at the workers bc like I said they’re understaffed but I’m mad at this corporation for being stupid and greedy, and it also wastes our (the customers’) time and greatly inconveniences us. It could just be this one location that’s so horribly managed though. Don’t go here unless you wanna risk standing in an endless non moving line for literal hours. I love their burritos and the few staff that are actually there are kind which is why this even gets 2 stars. But it ain’t THAT good to be worth all this trouble. Do better, chipotle this is not acceptable
