- KBKristen BlackwellAug 18, 20261.0Ordered go grocery delivery for Saturday. I received a text my order was delivered picture is the wrong house. So immediately call. Rep says redelivery tomorrow between 8-12. No delivery so I call again at 1 get told a manager will call me back. 4:30 still no delivery and no phone call. So I call again. They tell me delivery between 5-6. I finally get my delivery but it’s wrong. Then today I get email didn’t give me the option to rate my service but they had rated their own delivery service. Very unprofessional won’t be doing delivery again.
