Tried to tell me that I was holding up the line when they were the ones taking forever to make the food as well. They were also messing around laughing and dancing while working .

There was some confusion about a particular situation and the team leader started yelling at Lola that she did this specific action incorrectly in the front dining area in front of all customers. Lola tried to explain several times but the team leader or manager was not allowing her to speak or explain. The customer that it affected had to tell the manager about the situation and Lola did in fact do what she needed to for the specific situation. Management needs a class in management and Lola is awesome!

- LLLichoJan 6, 20261.0worst taco bell i've ever been to. food tastes like its been fried in 20 year old oil (especially the nachos and cinnamon twists, they were horrid). i asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on two of my items and still got that in them. and to top it off, the employees just yap with each other instead of doing their job
