  Just got home they forgot to put my items in and when to try to call any locations in Bakersfield their phone are disconnected. Terrible service and I’m out of that money it’s not worth driving back there to get what should have been given to me in the first place. I highly recommend don’t go to any sonic in Bakersfield

  Horrible customer service. I agree with the other comments “what’s the point of leaving a review when nothing changes”. Really though - NOTHING changes. First, their employee steals my money, and yes it’s my fault for giving them a second chance by coming back. Second, our order was missing items. We waited 30 minutes for some ranch that we never got. Waste of a place and their employees are garbage, but yet nothing changes

  Hopefully this place closes down people from the south west district don’t want sonic the way it is . Hopefully something new The food max across closing down as well

  Sometimes I wish I could do this anonymous 😕 😔, if u want good fast food i recommend going anywhere else than here, I seen there work in the window and had trips at the drive through, and they dont do things safe, organized, or kind, they would leave the window open a few times and I would hear arguments and them making messes, I could only dream how the old days were where they were a lot better than this, I wanted to walk up and take a photo but they blocked my view from the window, they would pick up cups from the ground and clean them and re-use them to serve the next customer, I dont know how they lasted this long, but im not coming here no more 😔
