  Went here the other day with the family we ordered online and they forgot our chicken bites no big deal mistakes happen luckily 4 us we hadn't gotten far, pulled up to the window and told the lady what happened and she let out a big sigh and came back and basically threw them at us and immediately closed the window no I am so sorry nothing unfortunately for us because she was in such a hurry she didn't realize we were missing 2 chicken bites, when she finally opened the window back up she said what again like I was bothering her I told her we ordered 2 and she literally rolled her eyes and shut the glass window again no apology nothing and came back again practically throwing them n the car and shutting the window without saying a word this place has gone downhill 😢

  SONIC SERVERS SUCK Rosedale Hwy servers both still rude & orders prolonged & sloppy Slurpees melted for customers of vehicle next to us & Sonic didn't even offer to Replace that's SAD SERVICE shame on you SONIC you need to hire Polite servers 🙏

  I made a mobile order and went to pick it up. When I got there I needed to add an extra drink. They brought out my mobile order - all slushies that were hallway melted to begin with. Then it took an additional 30 minutes to make 1 drink. I told her my drinks were already melted and she said she would remake them so I waited. Then she comes out with the drink and says she's not remaking any other drinks and that their AC is out. I paid $20+ dollars and wasted 45 minutes for nothing. The drinks are fully melted and it had ice cream in it so the milk was already curdled. They should not be operating with no AC if they can't bring out quality drinks that are edible.
