  The last three times I have been here my food has been wrong. I ordered drive through, drive in, and app. All wrong. Like…. Not even close. Ordered a raspberry limeade in the app. It’s in writing. Gave me a lemonade. If you want what you ordered; do not go to this location.

  It was hotter than heck when me and my friend went here to get a milkshake. When I received mine, I looked at it, and I said to the person at the window why is it so runny they said it’s made with the ingredients like it’s supposed to be. So I pulled up a little ways and I decided nope this is like drinking straight strawberry milk. I took it back and asked for a refund, I told the person I have never had a milkshake from here that was so awful. I definitely won’t be coming back. And yes I got my refund.

  I won't come here again. I placed an order for a Rhesus blast to be picked up at 9:38. I got there at 9:30, and I sat there, and I didn't get my order until 10:30. It's ridiculous: almost a full hour wait and over an hour since I ordered it. Not only did it take forever, but they only had two people working. There's no way it should have taken an hour to make a Reese's Blast. Especially when I watched no more than 15 cars go through the drive-thru in that time while I was waiting for my online order

  Terrible service I tried to buy a homeless man food and was told no I cannot buy someone else food, and if I wanted to feed the homeless I can feed them jack in the box. Let’s make the homeless life this much harder right, because they don’t deserve to eat right? I would give 1 star but those are too easy to remove.

  I truly cannot believe that a business is going to turn away a customer and tell them they can't buy food for somebody else... I will never go to this sonic ever again and I'm going to put the word out to everyone I know what they did and this includes all the other sonics in Bakersfield they're all doing it... Horrible business
