  Why would you add chocolate syrup into my ice cream when I never asked for it?????? Now it’s disgusting and inedible. Also, the lady who took my order was rude!!

  Just stopped by for three simple items and the employee at the register scheduled on 8/25/2026 at 2:50 pm just totally got the order wrong. We repeated the order back to them telling them they said it wrong, and the two workers insisted they got it correct. This was definitely a bummer in this August heat.. can we please give people what they ask and pay for.

  The last three times I have been here my food has been wrong. I ordered drive through, drive in, and app. All wrong. Like…. Not even close. Ordered a raspberry limeade in the app. It’s in writing. Gave me a lemonade. If you want what you ordered; do not go to this location.

  It was hotter than heck when me and my friend went here to get a milkshake. When I received mine, I looked at it, and I said to the person at the window why is it so runny they said it’s made with the ingredients like it’s supposed to be. So I pulled up a little ways and I decided nope this is like drinking straight strawberry milk. I took it back and asked for a refund, I told the person I have never had a milkshake from here that was so awful. I definitely won’t be coming back. And yes I got my refund.

  I won't come here again. I placed an order for a Rhesus blast to be picked up at 9:38. I got there at 9:30, and I sat there, and I didn't get my order until 10:30. It's ridiculous: almost a full hour wait and over an hour since I ordered it. Not only did it take forever, but they only had two people working. There's no way it should have taken an hour to make a Reese's Blast. Especially when I watched no more than 15 cars go through the drive-thru in that time while I was waiting for my online order
