  My mom tried to order online today. Her store is on Panama ln, however they're closed due to maintenance. The closest one from that one in White ln. She was transfered 2 times and they tried to transfer her again. I can hear on the speaker, they kept asking the same stuff over and over. "What was your address, what's your number again?"...they were no help, just a waste of time. She decided to cancel and order from Rustys. Get your stuff together people. Help out your sister stores, especially if they're closed for "maintenance ". Horrible service.

  Pizza wasnt delivered by the time given. I called the delivery persons number and wasnt able to talk to anyone, went to voicemail, I called again, someone picked up the phone, said there was a long line, would deliver the pizza in five minutes, 10 minutes after the posted E.T.A.
